The overwater duplex cabana features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, 2-full kitchens, 2-living rooms, glass floors throughout with a sun deck, overwater hammocks, and plunge pool on each side. This model will allow vacationers to book 2 separate, 1-bedroom suites or the whole 2-bedroom cabana allowing for increased revenue and flexible bookings.

The views from each and every cabana are incredible. Fishing from your back door is a reality as snappers are always biting. Every cabana has functional air-conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, full kitchen, and room service as well as access to all of the resort amenities. Other facilities offered at Lina Point will include a tour desk ready to schedule all of your island activities, full- laundry and restaurant services available at an additional cost.

An array of activities can be enjoyed in the area including snorkeling, scuba diving, mainland tours, Mayan Ruins, reef, offshore, and fly fishing just to name a few. Looking to enjoy the town, Lina Point is just a 5-minute drive to banking shopping entertainment, and restaurants in central  San Pedro Town

All overwater cabanas are individually titled and held within individual International Business Corporations (IBCs) providing various options for development, marketing, and sales. The Property has been developed and constructed 100% in cash by the original developer, Point Enterprise LTD. Currently, all owned by the original developer and builder.
