This two-bedroom condo is located on the Caribbean overlooking the 2^nd largest barrier reef in the world. The view of the Barrier Reef is breathtaking only 1/2 mile off the shoreline.

Since it is right on the beach, there is plenty of sand and a dock with places to sit to view the sunrise, sunset and wildlife. Swimming right off the dock is great. And, the tour operators will pick you up on the dock. The lovely pool allows you to view the beach and barrier reef while cooling off in the infinity pool.

This third floor 2-bedroom, 2 bath (one ensuite, one in hall both walk-in showers) living room and kitchen unit has great views of the pool, beach and Caribbean. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo sleeps 6. This unit is on the third floor of a three-story building. There is a veranda overlooking the ocean.

This beautifully appointed condo is part of a ten (10) unit complex 2.5 miles South of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security to this very safe part of the island.
