Savannah Caye is situated just about 11 miles west off the coast of the Ambergris Caye, which is the most popular Caye in Belize. It is near the second largest barrier reef in the world so the diving, snorkeling, and fishing possibilities are endless.

Savannah Caye is a 25 acre private island with beautiful sandy beaches surrounding it. This island would be large enough for the perfect beach resort or potentially partition the island into parcels for individual sale. Savannah Caye has a channel into the the center part of the island for a potential marina site. Additionally, there is 2.8 acre reserve on the island.

The island is only about 20 minutes away from San Pedro Town by boat.
