Seven Seas Resort is only a few minutes walk from downtown San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. This 13-room oceanfront resort is located in the popular Boca Del Rio area. All rooms are suites with separate bedrooms, living areas, and kitchenettes. Recently renovations include remodeled bathrooms and new appliances.

Boca Del Rio is one of the top destination areas on the island for tourists, locals, and expats. An entertainment destination with a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and tour companies. Nighttime entertainment with live music at the over-the-water bars most evenings. Daytime activities include parasailing, jet skis, and beach activities. Some of the popular restaurant choices include Palapa Bar, Wayos, Sand Bar, Losers, and Sandy Toes. Seven Sea’s Nauti Crab Bar & Restaurant is an entertainment destination on the island known for the weekly Crab Races, the owner’s previous business was an island favorite, Crazy Canucks.

The resort has a private pool area, 10 oceanfront suites, and 3 one-bedroom poolside apartments. The rooftop area could be utilized for live music. This area could be expanded to provide a restaurant/ bar with views of the reef to the east and sunsets over the lagoon to the west.

Seven Seas Resort markets to a value-conscious client offering reasonably priced accommodations in one of the most popular areas in Belize. Tourism is recovering in Belize with 2023 overnight stays approaching pre-pandemic numbers. The largest growth percentages are in months that are not normally considered peak travel times. Summer month bookings show high percentage growth.
