Sunset Caribe 1BR

Located on the 2nd through 5th floors, the Sunset Caribe 1BR condos offer full-sized living rooms, kitchens, and balconies with expansive views of sunsets over the Bay of Caribe.  At over 14′ wide your balcony will be more than ample to entertain another couple outside while overlooking the water views.   Unique to the 1BR units, we have designed a lock-off door with the adjacent 1BR unit. This affords the owner or a renter the ability to rent the 1BR unit next door and have access to both units internally.  This is the perfect solution for the couple that normally travels alone but is occasionally accompanied by family.

Sunset Caribe Belize is located adjacent to Grand Caribe Belize and part of the Caribeville community of resorts. Phase I of Sunset Caribe construction is well underway and the 1st units will be delivered at the end of 2020. Sunset Caribe will feature, 3 pools, a water sports beach, 2 restaurants, a over the bar, a gym, and a 400 person conference center.

Sunset Caribe is being constructed by the same developer that built the uber successful Grand Caribe. The same building standards and attention to detail are being afforded to Sunset Caribe Belize. Grand Caribe property management will manage Sunset Caribe Belize which will allow the two resorts to share resources. Sunset Caribe condo will be able to participate in the rental pool, helping to generate return on investment for owners.

The masterplan for Sunset Caribe consists of 4 buildings, each 5 stories, for a total of 152 condos. Condos range from 1st floor lofted studios to 3 bedroom units suitable for a larger family.
