Villa Community at Jaguar Reef Village

Jaguar Reef Village will be situated on 5 acres of prime beachfront property, located between Hopkins Village and Jaguar Reef Lodge, about 3/4 of a mile away from the lodge and just south of Hopkins by a few hundred yards. This development will offer beautiful private villas that range from 1 – 4 bedrooms. These villas will differ quite a bit from the 2-bedroom condos offered at Jaguar Reef, as they will have an open concept modern tropical style with spacious private courtyards with large pools.

There will be a central hotel building with about 16 rooms, a dining room, a bar and a swimming pool. And we will build a dock off the front for better boating and swimming access to the Caribbean Sea. The property will be gated towards the main road with a welcome center/concierge/guest check-in area at the entrance.

Seller financing is available for this development up to 40% of the purchase price at 7% annual interest on a 15-year amortization and a 3-year term.

HOA dues will be set at US$200.00 per month for villas participating in the rental pool and US$400.00 per month for villas not participating in the rental pool.

Right now, you can hold a lot with a Reservation Agreement and a fully refundable US$10,000 deposit. This deposit can also be moved to another lot/villa, or you can walk away at any time. Once we have Final Approval for Subdivision, the Reservation Agreement would be replaced with a new Sales Agreement and the preconstruction deposit would be paid.
