Red Rock Belize

Red Rock Belize is a massive 14,000-acre master-planned eco-community located in the Stann Creek District on the Placencia Peninsula. It is positioned right between the popular coastal towns of Hopkins and Placencia, bordering the Maya Mountains.

Before being rebranded as Red Rock, the development was previously known as Sanctuary Belize and later The Reserve.

Yes, the location has a notorious history. Under its former name, Sanctuary Belize, it was the subject of a massive Federal Trade Commission (FTC) shutdown in 2018 due to a $100+ million investment scam. However, the property has since been completely restructured, cleared for titled ownership, and revived under new, legitimate visionary leadership.

According to the master plan featured on Red Rock Belize, the development spans multiple diverse ecosystems and includes:

• Red Rock Marina: A full-service 59-slip marina and village core.
• Eight Unique Neighborhoods: Ranging from luxury waterfront and island lots to equestrian ranchettes.
