Trip Advisor has excellent reviews of this condominium complex and there is an 80/20 short-term rental split. Belizean Reef has its own property management company on the premises to take care of all the details when you are away. The monthly HOA fees are very low.

Belize is famous for its diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Having a little condo that you can use as a home base on the days you just want to relax is a great idea. High speed internet is available if you need to work while on vacation.
