This offering is strictly for the brewery business and its associated assets. The land, buildings, Serenity Resort, and any real estate are not included in the sale.

The business offers an opportunity to acquire an established craft beer brand and working brewery operation in one of Belize’s strongest tourism markets. Importantly, the sale includes the license to operate under the Hobbs Brewery brand as well as the existing brewing equipment, giving a new owner the foundation to continue production without starting from scratch.

With Belize’s established tourism industry and continued resort and residential growth, Hobbs Brewery Belize presents an opportunity for an entrepreneur or investor to take over an existing brand, equipment, and production operation and build on its established presence in the local market.

The Beers are packaged in both cans and kegs, providing the ability to supply retail customers as well as restaurants, bars, resorts, and other on-premise accounts. The business also has a trained brewing team familiar with the production operation.

Established in 2019, Hobbs Brewery began distributing its 12 oz. cans and kegs from the Placencia Peninsula, developing a recognizable presence within the local craft beer market. The brand was established with two flagship beers: Wildcat IPA, a tropical and citrus-forward 6% ABV India Pale Ale, and Hummingbird Belizean Golden Ale, a light 4.7% ABV ale.
